Challenge:
Systemize the overall distribution/fulfillment program and create a central repository to capture all POS pre-allocations managed against individual sales budgets as well as overall brand budgets.

Solution:
RGL programmed a single source web repository that captures all sales order data against any orderable POS item in the Treasury catalog. The system transformed the Treasury model from a “push” to a “pull” methodology in a fully integrated electronic Point of Sale environment.
