Trade Show Displays

Sony turned to Rapid Displays to develop a supersized PSP handheld gaming device that would be unveiled at E3, the industry’s largest trade show, and would showcase the features and benefits of the new Sony PSP product. The display had to be an exact scale replica and the video content needed to attract attention. We incorporated a high tech, precision geared mechanical system to raise and lower the cover of the PSP, exposing the cover of the consol and gaming button controller. The wow factor was really brought on by the inclusion of a new 36-inch Sony display, which helped to create a showstopping event for Sony.
